Cancellation 

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund

• 30–14 days before the event: 50% refund

• Less than 14 days before the event: Non-refundable

• Bookings made within 14 days of the event: Non-refundable
   

Changes & Rescheduling

• Requests must be made at least 14 days before the event and are subject to availability

• £25 administration fee applies per change

• Requests made within 14 days are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable
   

No-Show

• Not attending without prior notice is treated as a cancellation

• No refund or reschedule will be offered
   

Exceptional Circumstances

• Refunds or rescheduling outside these terms may be considered at the venue’s discretion for extenuating circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, extreme weather)
