Return policy for Perishable Items (Plants)
We inspect the plants carefully and try our best to match the size and shape as listed, and hand deliver them carefully. We do our best to meet the standards and the plants meet the minimum size range we list, however we do ask for your kind understanding if the plants arrive slightly below or above the size selected.
As plants are live products, diseases and any other issues beyond our control, we cannot accept any responsibility after 14 days.
Return policy for Non-Perishable Items
If an item arrived damaged, or incorrect items were sent, please contact us as soon as possible and we can send you a replacement.
If you need to exchange items f.ex due to wrong size, please contact us within 7 days.
